| Kovac,Dejan, A seminal paper by Angrist (1990) started a vast interest in use of Vietnam lottery as a powerful randomization tool to test different economic outcomes. This paper contributes to the literature by empirically testing the success of a similar quasi-random experiment on the data of war veterans in Croatia (1991-1995).
