Přednáška bude v anglickém ja Anotace: I will present the key findings and implications of my doctoral research, The Role of Soci Socio-Economic Development of Families with Profound and Multiple Disabled (PMD) Children. introduces the CHIT model, a unique framework designed to empower and strengthen social ca inclusive, ability-focused practices within families and communities. I will discuss how the CHIT model, developed through Adapted Physical Activities (APA), en build stronger internal bonds (bonding social capital), connect with broader community net social capital), and gain access to opportunities for socio-economic empowerment. The lect highlight the model’s versatility, demonstrating how its principles can be applied across beyond sports, including education, rehabilitation, and community development. Additionally, I will showcase some of my ongoing projects that exemplify the practical app the CHIT model. These include the creation of adaptive sports kits, collaboratively develo with intellectual disabilities and their distribution to rehabilitation centres and famili initiatives not only foster inclusion and empowerment but also create meaningful connectio diverse populations. Through this lecture, I aim to illustrate the transformative potential of the CHIT model a with the values of interdisciplinary research and community engagement.
