13:00-15:00 ANNIVERSARY MEETING – first part (opening word by Vice-Rector of Charles University, Professor Jan Škrha; Erasmus 30 years anniversary movie; presentation of the Czech National Agency for Erasmus representative; partner universities of Charles University and their dealing with Erasmus; Charles University Erasmus anniversary competition)

15:30-18:00 ANNIVERSARY MEETING – second part (opening word by Ivana Herglová, Erasmus Institutional Coordinator of Charles University; Charles University Erasmus anniversary competition – continuation; stories of the Erasmus alumni of Charles University; Erasmus quiz)

9:30-10:45 WORKSHOP 1: VOLUNTEERING (volunteering as part of the Erasmus programme)

11:00-12:30 WORKSHOP 2: LANGUAGES (language learning and Erasmus and other exchanges)
13:00-14:00 buffet lunch for the alumni and representatives of partner universities
14:15-15:45 WORKSHOP 3: FORMAL PROCESSES (selections – the best time for an Erasmus exchange, selection processes, subjects and their recognition, specific subjects for international students, problems with recognition of subjects, why Erasmus – vs. the other exchange and training possibilities)

16:00-17:30 WORKSHOP 4: SOCIAL ASPECTS OF ERASMUS (networking, lasting friendships, work opportunities, family creation, contact with the host country, etc.)
